01   Stages 1–12: complete Controls Senior core (90 steps)
02   13. Five Thornfield Lead deep-dive books and execution manuals
03   14. Team Chapters 6, 7 and 9: status pressure, commitments and External Audit
04   15. Directing the method and governance: scope, sample sizes, finding classification, QA and sign-off
05   16. Team Chapters 13–15: reporting and handover
06   17. Corvane Academy: PM to Controls Lead, Planning Pack and steering capstone
07   18. Graded Controls Lead role interview
Proven, not just attended

Assessment and progression

70% for each team chapter and Academy component; 21/30 on Academy steering presentation; graded Lead interview. Experienced Seniors may pass the 49-question Controls Final Exam for placement into Stage 13.

Training combines practitioner-led live classes, TIB-hosted SAP/GRC labs, the TIB SAP Training Assistant, Thornfield scenarios and relevant Corvane or Enterprise Project work. Existing Academy application access is not changed by this website update.
